- A statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and phone number.
- Consent to jurisdiction of your local federal district court or equivalent jurisdiction.
Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we may restore the removed content within 10–14 business days, unless the original complainant files a lawsuit seeking to prevent the alleged infringement.
